We understand that with advances in technology, our customers have demanded quicker response times.  We are prepared to meet those demands through the use of laptops, wireless connectivity and the internet.

Our goal is to provide the highest standards in customer service including:

  • Same day telephone and/or email contact with the insured or claimant
  • 48 hour inspection with status call or email to client including reserve recommendation.
  • First Report within 7 days including estimate and settlement recommendation
  • Supplement Report on a 15 day diary cycle
